Angela's thoughtful gesture of arranging a ground floor room for my husband, who has mobility challenges, made our vacation truly enjoyable. the complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, eco-conscious toiletries, and the all-important coffee machine added a touch of luxury to our experience. The hotel's deep tissue massage was a rejuvenating treat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the jungle trails, zip-lining, or simply lounging by the semi-private beach and intimate pools. the spacious room, with its large balcony featuring a private plunge pool, offered stunning views of the ocean - a perfect setting for relaxation and connection with nature. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious sea bass expertly prepared by Angie and the array of quality gastronomy offered at the restaurant. the personalized a la carte dining experience, inspired by the beautiful Mayan jungle, was a culinary delight.
